Eating Disorder Recovery
Eating disorders do not need to continue in taking away your time and energy. I will work 1:1 with you on your recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating pattern to set you up away from diet culture and create lasting relationships to your body and create peace with food. I also offer meal support for those in eating disorder recovery concurrent to sessions to help coach through feelings of anxiety and uncertainty.
Eating Disorders I work with: Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, OSFED, UFED, Rumination Disorder, as well as disordered eating due to ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Sports Nutrition
Current or former athlete? Whether you are playing in a sport or partaking in a marathon, a guide from a dietitian can only enhance your ability to perform on the big day. I will work with you without suggesting a supplement and create goals and guidelines to help you perform at your best. If you’re leaving the athletics world and want someone there to support you in navigating your relationship to food and your body after outside the context of a sports realm, I am here to help.
Sports I have worked with: football, water-polo, swimming, cross-country/distance running, and tennis. As a former swimmer, tennis, and soccer player I hear you and want to help you in addressing performance.
Prenatal/Postpartum nutrition
New mama’s deserve so much credit in navigating the tricky art of taking care of themselves when expecting or after delivery of their newborn. I’m here to help you explore the wonders of prenatal care around food and nutrition as well as support you after your newborn arrives. I will help you explore a better relationship with food and your body postpartum.
Infant Nutrition
Did you just welcome a newborn and want to learn more about infancy and infant nutrition? Or is your infant at nutritional risk due to a congenital disease? I offer insight on pediatric nutrition and I am here to support you in identifying how to help your child grow.
