Every journey begins with a conversation. In our free 20-minute consultation, we’ll explore your goals and see how my approach aligns with your needs. It’s a chance for us to connect and ensure you feel comfortable and supported before we begin.

Our initial 75 to 90-minute session is a dedicated space for your story. We’ll look at your history and current needs through a holistic lens, moving beyond just 'the numbers' to understand your lifestyle and values. By the end of our time, we’ll have a gentle, actionable path forward that feels manageable and true to you.

$185 for your initial; conducted only once during our work together

Initial Assessment

45 to 50-minute virtual sessions include covering a discussion of lifestyle behaviors, evaluation of nutritional needs, and nutrition education. I also offer a 15 minute follow up call after sessions before your next scheduled 1:1 to see how things are going if you need additional support.

$150 per sessions; limited sliding scale spots offered

Follow up Session

Healing often happens in the 'real world' moments. I offer guided meal support to help you practice flexibility and find comfort in social eating settings. Whether we share a meal virtually or restaurant experience together, this is a space for courage and curiosity. This service is open to everyone—even if I am not your primary dietitian—as a supportive addition to your existing care team.

$20 per meal session

Evidenced-based education for your facility, team, or conference based on what is needed in the moment. Let’s touch base together to determine rates and if I would be a supportive fit.
