I won’t “prescribe” anything other than a diet rich in variety and foods of your flavor palette and culture while working on your nutritional goals of eating disorder recovery, disease management, athletic performance, or maternal health & wellness.

Katy Cox MPH RDN LD
I have worked in various nutrition fields to get both breath and depth in my experience to serve you. I am also the Eating Disorder Resource Professional for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’s Behavioral Health Nutrition Practice group. Heres a little insight on me:
I have experience in eating disorders working with adolescents and adults with co-occurring mental health and physical co-morbidities with a Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and Body-Trust lens. Additionally, I have worked in maternal-child health at an outpatient clinic and inpatient at a hospital with critical neonates.
I welcome those with diverse backgrounds and will continue to stretch my knowledge in your lived experience. I know we do not all come from the same culture and I will continue to expand my understanding of what culture means to you and support your identity.
